Activation happens manually for all products. Usually, we make it in around 24 hours. Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours.
The huds can not be activated for the trial of PokerTracker. You will need a serial to get the Huds.Huds can only be activated if you have purchased a subscription for Hand2Note in the past. By clicking on the 'Get your trial' button, you are sending an order to us. We then review your order and activate the requested product manually.
Activation usually happens in around 24 hours. But on some rare occasions, it can take up to 72 hours. Please send an e-mail if your product is still not activated within 24 hours.
Trials for all Huds lasts for 30 days. You can request another ten days by sending an e-mail. A new trial opportunity is available when a Hud receives an update or six months after the expiration of the latest trial.
The trial for the KO MTT range consists from the basic version of the "16bb and 40bb 1:1 KO:Stack ratio" charts. You can use those charts without any limitations.
We know about privacy. Your personal data is never shared with anyone and is not stored outside of our servers. We need your data to activate your Hud and to contact you when needed.
Your order doesn't include basic support! We only answer for support if they are bug-related. Basic installation and configuration guides are available on the website. You can request for community support on our discord server however we cannot guarantee that you'll get an answer there. Thank you for understanding.
You have to own the applications for what you are ordering the Hud. The expenses of those applications are for your own.
